Site updates
So I took the time to update the site today. This wasn’t an easy process but I had a few goals. Fix the theme I use so I can migrate away from a depricated version of php but keep t. Remove that social media website with the bird on it (now an x) and cleanup a bunch of legacy plugins.
I had to remove a bunch of old plugins. This site hadn’t been updated in a long while.
I used Codex (openAI) to assist with updating the theme, and credited the original theme designer who is no longer maintaining the theme.

I also apparently had to restore a new htaccess file. Sure has been a while.
